Responsibility

Order management from the Confirmation of the order until the final acceptance test (Warranty start).

Job Duties
  1. Defines project purpose and goals.
  2. Ensures continuous and proper update of project status (internally and externally).
  3. Develops and tracks the project budget.
  4. Ensures compliance with project timelines.
  5. Manages relationships with clients and project stakeholders in autonomy, while developing an effective communication plan to identify and resolve any critical project issues.
  6. Prepares project reports for internal and external use by the PM department.
  7. Coordinates the development, release, and distribution of required technical documentation.
  8. Coordinates technical and administrative activities at the site of the client until final acceptance test (SAT).
Studies - Training Courses
  1. Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Management or Mechanical).
  2. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II is a plus.
Technical Skills
  1. Use of Project Management methodologies (PMBOK or Prince II).
  2. Cost/Bdg Management.
  3. Planning.
  4. Risk Analysis.
  5. Coordination of multi-disciplinary teams.
  6. MS Office package (especially Word, Power Point, Excel).
  7. Microsoft Project.
  8. Knowledge of LEAN principles.
  9. Reading technical drawing using two- to three-dimensional company software.
