Location: Milan, Italy (Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

Our client, a fast-growing leader in the financial technology space, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Key Account Manager to join their team in Milan.

This hybrid role combines the flexibility of remote work with the opportunity to collaborate onsite. You'll be responsible for managing and growing 12 enterprise-level accounts, driving revenue and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with 12 key enterprise clients, ensuring satisfaction and delivering measurable results.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Proactively identify and execute opportunities to expand product and service usage across accounts.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and needs, delivering tailored solutions to drive their success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on strategies and provide seamless client experiences.
  • Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets while ensuring client retention and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 4+ years in enterprise account management or key account management roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and selling software solutions.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience working with eCommerce and retail clients is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Language: Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
  • Location: Based in Milan, with the ability to work onsite 2 days per week and remotely 3 days per week.
