For our team based in Brugherio (MB), we are looking for a Senior Benefits & Compensation Specialist (full time – 12 months fixed term contract).

You will lead, proactively drive, and deliver on assigned compensation processes, including compensation planning, job evaluation, and benefits processes encompassing all necessary aspects.

Your Impact

Reporting to the Director Total Reward QI, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Working as part of the international TR team, responsible for the administration, design, and implementation of TR programs for QVC Italy.
  • Providing daily TR support to internal clients, including conducting job evaluations, job pricing, and sharing insights impacting TR with departments on organizational structural changes.
  • Developing new concepts and creating business cases for Senior Management to align with market practices.
  • Working closely with the Finance department and acting as a point of reference for all TR-related topics.
  • Ensuring wellbeing focus is embedded in the benefits offered for the market.
  • Developing and implementing market benefits as needed.
  • Proactively managing and maintaining relationships with vendors.
  • Recommending annual merit increase plans and salary structure movements.
  • Leading the market's annual compensation process, including administration of annual increases, bonuses, and long-term incentives.
  • Supporting expatriates' management.
  • Supporting or leading ad hoc TR projects.
What You Bring

To be successful, you should be the subject matter expert in all Total Rewards topics:

  • Proven Total Rewards experience, preferably in retail or media industries.
  • Experience working independently as an expert in the Italian market, partnering with all stakeholder levels, including global exposure (preferred).
  • Experience in reviewing and designing total reward programs, including external analysis, creating business cases, and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson and Mercer job evaluation methodologies (beneficial).
  • Experience leading key compensation processes, including annual review cycles, salary survey submissions, bonuses, and LTI administration.
  • Experience managing key benefits processes, including implementation, annual reviews, and internal stakeholder management.
  • Good understanding of Italy's regulatory and compliance topics.
  • Experience in budget management and cost calculation.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical content for team members.
  • Proficiency in PC skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, databases, formulas), PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Strong math and analytical skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.
