About the Role
This role is part of a premium health and wellness group and focuses on producing high-quality food using approved and locally sourced ingredients where possible. The post-holder will contribute to the food development journey and can share menu ideas through Chef Forums. The team environment emphasises belonging, physical and mental wellbeing, and an inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the business.
- Produce great quality food.
- Use quality ingredients from approved suppliers and locally sourced where possible.
- Contribute to the food development journey.
- Share ideas for menu additions through Chef Forums.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
- Self-motivated and takes pride in producing great quality food.
- Able to work individually as well as part of a team.
- Passionate about customer service.
