Per importante startup sul mondo Educational e Formazione, stiamo cercando 1 Customer Success Manager.

La/Il Customer Success Manager entrerà a far parte del Team Customer, in un contesto dove l'innovazione tecnologica e la piattaforma proposta devono essere accompagnati da un eccellente servizio clienti.

Si sta ampliando il team per poter offrire un supporto di alto livello e, nello specifico, la risorsa dovrà occuparsi di:

  1. Creazione, pianificazione ed implementazione delle attività di Customer Success, incluse attività di retention
  2. Training costante dei membri del team
  3. Analisi dati dell'esperienza degli studenti

REQUISITI

  1. Passione e dedizione alla piena soddisfazione dei clienti
  2. >2 anni di esperienza come Manager in realtà EdTech
  3. Ottime capacità di comunicazione
  4. Creatività ed intelligenza emotiva
  5. Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli, capacità organizzativa e di gestione del tempo

NICE TO HAVE

  1. Conoscenza di tecniche di marketing e vendita
  2. Capacità di utilizzo di Excel
  3. Conoscenza di Hubspot
  4. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese per interagire con i membri internazionali del team
