Purpose of the position:
As STAGE – CORPORATE AFFAIRS & GOVERNANCE you will be part of the Team Overseas Corporate Assistance and Governance
How can you support us?
- Support extraordinary corporate transactions and intra-group reorganizations.
- Assist in reviewing the corporate governance frameworks of newly established joint ventures with third-party partners, including the drafting and review of articles of association and shareholders' agreements.
- Provide support to business functions on corporate governance matters.
- Assist in corporate secretarial activities for foreign subsidiaries and in the coordination of overseas corporate offices.
- Support the management of the Group’s shareholdings in foreign companies, the maintenance and monitoring of corporate databases, and the management of delegation of authorities and powers of attorney.
What are we looking for?
Education:
Master's Degree in Law, preferably with a thesis in Corporate Law or a related field.
Background:
Academic projects, thesis work or internship experience related to Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Business Law, or similar fields.
Languages
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Technical/IT Knowledge
- Interest in Corporate Law, Corporate Governance and company law in foreign jurisdictions.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and legal research skills.
- Ability to prepare and review legal and corporate documentation.
What else should you know?
No travelling is expected for this internship.
