For a multinational company, leader in its sector, we're looking for a Tender Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support all activities related to tender and contract management, ensuring full compliance with established administrative processes.
- Collaborate with the Sales department to identify relevant tender opportunities.
- Monitor new tender announcements, legal updates, technological advancements, and digitalization trends.
- Produce reports and updates regarding contract and tender progress for Sales teams and management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in tender processes across EMEA, sharing best practices.
- Manage tender projects from start to finish, coordinating with colleagues across different departments.
- Review and organize tender documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance before final submission.
- Communicate tender outcomes to customers and Sales teams, managing stakeholder communications as needed.
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Tender Specialist.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Proficiency in Excel.
