Descrizione del lavoro
Per il nostro plant di Aprilia (Latina) stiamo cercando un Junior Production Engineer con una specializzazione meccanica da inserire in stage nell'organico del sito produttivo. In questo ruolo supporterai il management del plant in progetti interni di efficientamento e sistematicizzazione delle attività e dei processi di produzione.
A rotazione collaborerai con il management di Aprilia ai progetti di:
- Revisione ed efficientamento dei processi e delle procedure di manutenzione.
- Revisione ed efficientamento dei processi e delle tecnologie nell'area di controllo qualità.
- Implementazione delle metodologie Lean nei processi di produzione.
In questo ruolo potrai fare esperienza in alcune delle aree più strategiche della produzione, fianco a fianco con i nostri migliori specialisti. Il tuo sarà un lavoro a diretto contatto con il processo produttivo, nel calore e nel rumore dello shop floor: entrerai in contatto trasversalmente con diversi colleghi, dagli specialisti nello shop floor al plant management direttamente nei luoghi dove i nostri prodotti vengono creati.
Qualifiche
- Sei un giovane neolaureato magistrale in ingegneria meccanica: ci aspettiamo che tu abbia una formazione specialistica, considerando il tipo di attività in cui verrai coinvolto.
- Sei una persona pragmatica ed interessata ai processi manufacturing: farai esperienza in ambienti produttivi, lavorando su temi legati alle manutenzioni ed al controllo qualità nell'industria primaria.
Informazioni aggiuntive
Sarai operativo all'interno del nostro plant di Aprilia, in provincia di Latina: il ruolo prevede una collaborazione costante con il management del plant e una presenza regolare nelle aree di produzione del sito; di conseguenza non prevediamo la possibilità di svolgere attività in remote working.
