Company Description

At MSX International, we're looking for an Automotive Aftersales & Parts Performance Consultant to work directly with dealer networks across Northern Italy, helping them improve parts sales performance, optimize processes, and accelerate business growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in automotive aftersales, parts sales, dealership operations, or dealer network development who are looking to take the next step into a client-facing consulting role.

Job Description

As a trusted advisor to our dealer network, you will:

  • Conduct dealer performance reviews and identify growth opportunities
  • Analyze parts sales performance and operational processes
  • Develop practical action plans to improve results
  • Coach dealer management teams and parts departments
  • Support the implementation of best practices across dealerships
  • Monitor performance improvements and provide ongoing guidance
  • Identify opportunities to increase parts sales and customer retention
  • Collaborate with automotive manufacturers and dealership stakeholders

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in:

  • Parts Sales
  • Service Operations
  • Automotive Consulting

Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

Fluent Italian and good English

Willingness to travel extensively across Northern Italy
