Il nostro stimato cliente è una multinazionale leader nella produzione di accessori e componenti elettrici dedicati principalmente al mondo dell’Energia. La selezione si pone l’obiettivo di individuare un Global Product Manager, da inserire nella filiale Italiana in provincia di Milano, per una famiglia di prodotti centrali nella proposta aziendale.

Responsibilities Il candidato avrà il ruolo di Global Product Manager. Nella sede locale si occuperà di gestire le richieste della Produzione e seguire le necessità della Qualità e nel ruolo internazionale sarà il primo riferimento mondiale per la famiglia di prodotti di cui sarà il Product Manager. Flessibilità e autonomia nella gestione di entrambi i ruoli sono caratteristiche necessarie. PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA’ E RESPONSABILITA’ - Gestione, con una visione strategica unitaria, di tanti processi e attività differenti (Sviluppo, Produzione, Marketing e Vendite), coordinando al meglio i vari reparti affinché gli obiettivi di vendita aziendali vengano raggiunti, a livello locale e globale; - Supporto tecnico alla forza vendita, al customer service e direttamente ai clienti, anche attraverso visite presso gli stabilimenti, in Italia e all’estero; - Creazione e presentazione attiva dei training e alla formazione della forza vendita sul prodotto, nonché alle più importanti fiere di settore, in Italia e all’estero; - Analisi e implementazione di nuove procedure per rendere più efficienti e standardizzare i sistemi aziendali e i processi a cui fa riferimento; - Analisi di mercato volta a valutare le preferenze e le esigenze dei clienti, i dati di vendita di prodotti affini e l'offerta dei competitors; - Partecipazione alla gestione dei listini intercompany e dei maggiori clienti; - Partecipazione ai meeting interni di coordinamento dei progetti e alle riunioni di destinazione del budget annuale; - Ricerca, selezione e sviluppo di nuove tecnologie: Ideazione di nuovi prodotti da lanciare sul mercato, ma anche la ridefinizione di vecchi prodotti che possano esaudire le esigenze del mercato di riferimento, ottimizzando gli investimenti dell’azienda per realizzare il massimo del guadagno; - Collaborazione con il Project Management, l’R&D Dept. e la Direzione Commerciale per declinare i prodotti sulla base delle esigenze delle diverse country coinvolte e per seguire lo sviluppo esecutivo dei progetti; - Realizzazione delle schede prodotto tecniche e di tutto il materiale di comunicazione relativo alla famiglia di prodotti assegnata; - Rinnovamento e attualizzazione del catalogo della famiglia di prodotti di cui è Product Manager in collaborazione col marketing della Casa Madre; - Monitoraggio dei principali indicatori relativi alla performance della famiglia di prodotti, producendo puntuali report per la Direzione; - Partecipazione alla ricerca e selezione dei fornitori e alla contrattazione delle condizioni contrattuali, a supporto del lavoro del Buyer e del Supply Chain Manager; - Programmazione e partecipazione ai FAT, Test di Routine e Test di Tipo presso il laboratorio locale, i laboratori delle consociate, quelli esterni o direttamente presso i Clienti; - Insieme al QM, gestione dei reclami e dei problemi sui prodotti di cui è PM, con viaggi in loco e interfacce coi Clienti; - Gestione e implementazione dei laboratori locali (HV e laboratorio grado IP).

Your Profile PRINCIPALI COMPETENZE E CARATTERISTICHE NECESSARIE

- Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica;

- Solido background tecnico in ambito elettrico, maturato in ruoli di Electrical Project Engineer, Process Manager, Design Specialist, Application Engineer, Proposal Manager, Service & Installation Engineer, Product Development o Land System Engineer; - Spiccata capacità di analisi (studio dei mercati, e soprattutto delle aziende che operano al loro interno, dunque della concorrenza); - Attitudine ad operare in simbiosi con le altre figure di management che operano all’interno dell’azienda come la Produzione, le Vendite, il Project Management, la Qualità e la Direzione; - Ottime capacità di pianificazione e di orientamento all’interno di aziende complesse e articolate; - Disponibilità a trasferte in Italia e all’estero, fino al 20% del tempo; - Eccellente padronanza della lingua inglese; - Conoscenza di strumenti informatici come Microsoft Office, SAP e Inventor 3D; - Doti di multi-tasking; - Flessibilità e problem solving; - Forte orientamento ai risultati.
