Il RuoloA riporto del direttore di Funzione, il Cost Controller avrà la responsabilità di monitorare ed ottimizzare i costi, con un focus particolare sull’area Technology, sarà inoltre coinvolto in un progetto di automatizzazione dei processi che lo vedrà impegnato come Key User. Nello specifico si occuperà di:Monitorare ed analizzare i costi nell’area Technology & Cloud Services, identificando aree di miglioramento e di ottimizzazioneSviluppare e gestire i relativi budget, fornendo previsioni accurate e analisi delle variazioniPreparare report finanziari dettagliati per la direzione, evidenziando le performance rispetto al budget e le opportunità di risparmioCondurre analisi approfondite dei costi per supportare le decisioni strategiche ed operativeLavorare a stretto contatto con i team IT e finanziari per garantire una gestione efficace dei costi e l’implementazione di best practiceGestire le relazioni con il partner tecnologico nella fase di implementazione di nuovi tools gestionali.
I RequisitiLaurea in Economia, Finanza, Contabilità Esperienza di almeno 4/5 anni maturata nel controllo di gestione dei costi, preferibilmente con un background come IT controller e Cloud Financial ManagementConoscenza di SAP, software di gestione dei costi, strumenti di analisi dei datiGradita esperienze in ambito FinOps / TBM (Apptio come tool preferenziale)Inglese fluenteCapacità gestionali, organizzative e di analisiAttitudine al problem solving Capacità di operare in team multidisciplinari con un approccio proattivo.
