Descrizione aziendaIl nostro cliente, start up innovativa di servizi, ci ha commissionato la ricerca di unPosizioneFinance & Administration DirectorRiportando al CEO, la persona si occuperà in particolare di: • Gestire in prima persona tutte le attività di contabilità, bilanci e reporting finanziario.• Sviluppare e implementare il budget e le previsioni finanziarie.• Monitorare i flussi di cassa aziendali, ottimizzando la gestione delle risorse finanziarie.• Gestire e supervisionare le attività di amministrazione e la chiusura dei bilanci. • Supervisionare gli aspetti legali e fiscali, coordinandosi con consulenti esterni.• Gestire le eventuali operazioni straordinarie con il supporto di consulenti• Sviluppare e ottimizzare i processi aziendali, identificando aree di miglioramento continuo.• Gestire la relazione con le banche e gli strumenti di debito.Requisiti• Ottima conoscenza dei metodi di analisi dei dati e di previsione• 10 anni di esperienza lavorativa come Consultant in una delle "primarie società di revisione ,Finance Director in una start-up digitale di successo• Forti capacità di leadership e visione strategica• Mentalità analitica• Forte operatività• inglese fluenteSede di lavoro: MilanoSalary package: 90.000 Euro
