Transport and Environment (T&E) è un gruppo di esperti e un think tank indipendente e apartitico impegnato nella decarbonizzazione dei trasporti in Europa entro il 2050. Con le nostre attività di advocacy, basate su analisi autorevoli e dati concreti, abbiamo dato forma ad alcune delle più importanti leggi europee sulla mobilità pulita.

Per il nostro ufficio italiano stiamo cercando un/una “Clean Transport Advocacy Manager” altamente motivato/a che si unisca al nostro team e ci aiuti a promuovere una rapida decarbonizzazione dei trasporti su strada, occupandosi principalmente di auto.

Lavorando in un ambiente dinamico e in rapida evoluzione, il/la Clean Transport Advocacy Manager assicurerà la pianificazione e l'esecuzione del lavoro di advocacy relativo alle priorità di T&E Italia. La persona selezionata lavorerà nel team italiano e in stretto raccordo e contatto con i team di Bruxelles e degli altri Uffici Nazionali.

Principali responsabilità:

Sviluppare e guidare il lavoro di advocacy di T&E sulla mobilità pulita in Italia, concentrandosi sul passaggio alla mobilità elettrica attraverso la riforma delle policy sull’auto;

Stabilire relazioni di collaborazione con le istituzioni che governano o partecipano al processo di decarbonizzazione del trasporto stradale;

Identificare, commissionare e portare a realizzazione ricerche di impatto sulla politica e sul dibattito pubblico, in linea con le esigenze della transizione in Italia;

Redigere documenti di natura politica (anche di posizionamento di T&E Italia), utilizzare i dati di T&E e trasformarli in narrazioni incisive; organizzare e partecipare a incontri pubblici con la politica e gli stakeholder del settore;

Creare coalizioni formali e informali con i principali attori dell'industria automobilistica e con la più ampia comunità imprenditoriale interessata alla decarbonizzazione del trasporto stradale in Italia;

Coordinare le attività con altri gruppi di ricerca e organizzazioni della società civile che lavorano sulla decarbonizzazione del trasporto su strada;

Rispondere ai media e generare il loro interesse per le proposte di T&E;

Supportare il lavoro del team italiano.

Requisiti principali:

cinque o più anni di esperienza in posizioni inerenti politiche pubbliche e una buona conoscenza del settore della mobilità e di quelle su strada in particolare;

spiccata proattività e capacità di individuare opportunità politiche di cambiamento;

comprovata esperienza nello sviluppo e nel perseguimento di strategie di advocacy che determinino cambiamenti duraturi;

capacità comunicative necessarie a relazionarsi efficacemente con stakeholder di rilievo;

esperienza nello sviluppo e nella stesura di policy briefing e analisi rivolte a decisori di alto livello;

capacità di analizzare dati complessi e di tradurli in iniziative politiche e normative concrete;

spirito di iniziativa, per coinvolgere e convincere decisori politici a diversi livelli, nonchè i rappresentanti dell'industria e altre parti interessate;

capacità di gestire progetti complessi in autonomia e con minima supervisione; forti capacità interpersonali e di lavoro di squadra e capacità di rispettare scadenze anche ravvicinate;

ottima padronanza, parlata e scritta, dell’inglese.

Costituirà titolo aggiuntivo la pregressa esperienza nel settore della mobilità elettrica o della transizione nel settore trasporti.

La posizione sarà basata principalmente a Roma, con l'opportunità di lavorare da casa per un massimo di due giorni la settimana. Sono previste trasferte nazionali e internazionali, soprattutto a Bruxelles.
