Sales & Business Development Coordinator

to reinforce our team in our Milan offices.

MISSION

Responsabile for Sales Administration, Client Management and Trade Marketing reporting to the Sales and Trade Marketing Director. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and eager to develop a strong commercial skill set in the luxury fragrance industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Administration & Order Management · Process orders received, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. · Verify data accuracy in orders, invoices, and customer information. · Communicate with clients to gather missing details, answer queries. · Stay up-to-date with new product launches and brand updates to support sales conversations. · Coordinate with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries. · Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM system. · Generate monthly sales reports and track key performance indicators. · Gather and share important customer feedback with internal teams. · Monitor sales targets and report any deviations, suggesting actions if necessary.

Commercial & Client Management · Follow up on existing client requests, ensuring excellent service and maintaining strong relationships. · Support key account management by assisting in replenishment orders, sales analysis, and account follow-ups. · Work closely with the marketing team to execute trade marketing initiatives and ensure optimal in-store visibility. · Assist in creating sales presentations and materials for buyers, retailers, and partners.

Business Development & Prospection (European Markets Focus)· Identify and reach out to new potential clients, with a specific focus on key European markets such as Italy. · Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay informed about competitors. · Set up meetings and introductory calls with potential retail partners and distributors. · Support in crafting compelling sales pitches and proposals to expand our presence. · Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored business strategies for different markets.

KEY COMPETENCIES · 1-3 years experience in sales administration or related experience within the luxury industry (Beauty/Fashion)· Fluent in English and Italian, French would be a plus. · Team-player with a positive, helpful attitude · Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail · Hands-on-mentality and pro-active mindset · Self-motivated, able to effectively prioritise and plan workload to strict deadlines.

PROFILE: · Degree in business studies or similar. · Passionate about fragrances · Commercial awareness · Willingness to travel · Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal relationship building skills. · Able to work flexibly, adapt easily to change and bring novel ideas and solutions · Able to use WMS and sales tracking systems · Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
