-In possesso di Laurea Magistrale
in Business Management/ Marketing /Economics Studies - Gradita ulteriore formazione Master in Marketing e Comunicazione - Conoscenza lingua inglese Buona /B2 - Conoscenza pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel, Powerpoint) - Esperienza in marketing, analytics e business evaluation
Responsabilità: -Definizione e coordinamento E2E delle campagne commerciali sulla customer base
(upselling, cross selling, loyalty, prevention e retention) - Analisi dei comportamenti della customer base finalizzati alla costruzione delle campagne -Gestione e sviluppo di portafogli d'offerta personalizzati, dedicati alla customer base in ottica revenue maximization con l'evoluzione dell'offerta mass market e con gli obiettivi strategici - Redazione dei requisiti funzionali e delle specifiche d'uso e di design delle offerte e del pricing dei singoli prodotti/servizi dedicati ad azioni CVM, sulla base delle valutazioni economiche e di redditività; - Realizzazione delle azioni di go to market delle campagne CVM: preparazione materiale formativo e gestione formazione canali, predisposizione linee guida, supporto ai canali commerciali nella redazione delle procedure, coordinamento della comunicazione e della grafica delle campagne su canali digital e not human. - Supporto alle attività di monitoraggio delle campagne e delle analisi dei risultati per definire le azioni commerciali correttive.
Viene offerto un contratto di inserimento diretto CCNL Telecomunicazioni CTI full time, orario di lavoro dal lunedi al venerdì h. 9.00- 18.00
