Job Description Le Clienteling Specialist in store joue un rôle clé en boutique auprès des équipes de ventes et de l’équipe managériale. Relais de l'équipe Clienteling régionale en ce qui concerne les activités Clienteling, il est en charge de l’atteinte des objectifs connexes, de la collecte des données et de l’expérience client hautement personnalisée. Soutenir la Direction de la boutique dans le renforcement d'une culture centrée sur les clients et assurer la mise en œuvre complète du Gucci Clienteling Program. Encadrer, former et accompagner chaque vendeur en one to one - mise en place et suivi d’un calendrier de coaching. Animer et motiver les équipes par le biais de morning briefs, le partage de best practices et de role plays. Assurer la compréhension des KPIs Clienteling, suivre les performances de façon hebdomadaire et mettre en œuvre des plans d’actions adaptés, en se concentrant sur une collecte qualitative des données et sur la rétention des clients locaux. Assurer la mise en oeuvre efficace de l'ensemble des actions clienteling (événements, animations, cadeaux, rendez-vous personnalisés) définies par l'équipe de direction Clienteling EMEAR Suivi de toutes les actions réalisées par les vendeurs et de leur impact sur le chiffre d’affaire de la boutique. Formation des équipes et envoi des listes clients à chaque conseiller afin de pouvoir proposer des actions de fidélisation pertinentes. Communication régulière des résultats et des retours de nos clients avec la Direction afin d’évaluer les nouvelles opportunités de ventes et stimuler les ventes. Gestion et développement des clients VIP à travers des plans d’actions personnalisés. Assurer l’utilisation efficace de tous les outils Clienteling : cadeaux, catalogues, iPad afin de retenir nos meilleurs clients. Être le référent pour l’organisation d’expériences ou d’événements personnalisés. Concevoir un plan de développement à long terme par client pour les principaux clients locaux. Aider le directeur de magasin à réattribuer les clients aux Clients Advisor. GUCCI s'engage à créer une main-d’œuvre diversifiée.
