We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of complex structures, ensuring they meet industry standards and client requirements.

As a Senior Structural Engineer at Belmont Lavan Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including commercial buildings, bridges, and infrastructure. You will collaborate with a team of engineers and architects to develop detailed designs, conduct structural analysis, and provide technical support during construction phases. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring and training junior engineers, ensuring high-quality work and promoting professional growth.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the design and construction of complex structures Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations Develop detailed design plans, specifications, and drawings Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate structural designs into overall project plans Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams during the project execution phase Perform site inspections and structural assessments to identify any issues or potential risks Mentor and train junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure professional growth

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Professional Engineer (P.E.) license Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Structural Engineer Expertise in structural design software and analysis tools Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and collaboration abilities Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to completion Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building standards is a plus
