Responsibilities
Design and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. - Analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define process improvements. - Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and process maps. - Lead process improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and successful completion. - Monitor process performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed. - Coordinate training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills to follow optimized processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience as a Process Engineer in the information technology and services industry. - Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools, such as Lean and Six Sigma. - Proficiency in process modeling and optimization tools. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization
