Je bent een enthousiast multitalent. Mensen begeleiden, events organiseren en administratie aanpakken. Geen to do is jou te veel om je doel te bereiken. Wil jij het verschil maken in een bruisend bedrijf met internationale allure? Stel je dan kandidaat voor Exhibition Support voor onze internationale beursconcepten (o.m. Solar Solutions Germany) bij Kortrijk Xpo. Je bent het aanspreekpunt van exposanten, zet sublieme events in de steigers en tackelt administratie als een echte pro. Als Exhibition Support voor onze Duitstalige edities vorm je één team met de Exhibition Managers. Je bent de onmisbare schakel in de organisatie van beurzen/events en zet geniale plannen om in de praktijk. Je beantwoordt vakkundig telefoons van klanten, regelt de administratie tot in de puntjes en pent aantrekkelijke teksten neer. Met andere woorden: jij bent de niet zo stille kracht achter de schermen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze exposanten: je begeleidt hen in hun algemene en technische voorbereiding, zorgt voor de facturatie, je bent de draaischijf op het beurssecretariaat tijdens de beurzen en de altijd aanwezige ‘stem’ om inkomende en uitgaande telefoons aantrekkelijk te verzorgen. Je speelt een sterke ondersteunde rol bij de organisatie van events. Je levert hapklare brieven, rapporten en presentaties. Je bent een initiatiefnemer en organisatietalent. Stilzitten is niet aan jou besteed. Je straalt enthousiasme uit en komt stijlvol en klokvast voor de dag. Problemen los je op nog voordat ze zich stellen. Frisse ideeën tover je moeiteloos uit je hoge hoed. En stress, daar bedank je vriendelijk voor. Extra pluspunt, je schrikt niet terug voor sporadisch weekendwerk en internationale events op locatie. Je hebt een hoger diploma bij voorkeur als Vertaler / Tolk of Master Taal-en letterkunde. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Duits. Je kunt vlot overweg met de basisprincipes van MS Office. Je bent bereid om een aantal weken per jaar mee te reizen naar het buitenland. Je tekent een voltijds contract en kunt rekenen op een sterk salarispakket met extralegale voordelen. Als Xpozaan krijg je alle ruimte om verder (door) te groeien met opleidingen. Maar bovenal, je komt thuis in een dynamische organisatie met een open en informele bedrijfscultuur, waar mensen centraal staan.
