Medical Representatives are responsible with effectively promoting products to a variety of customers. They work strategically to increase the awareness and usage of products in the assigned territory (counties: 1/2 Cluj, Salaj, Alba). Main Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with stakeholders such as physicians, pharmacists, and hospitals to enhance product awareness and boost sales • Conduct face-to-face individual or group meetings and presentations to deliver product information • Work diligently to achieve or exceed sales targets • Develop and execute strategic plans for efficient territory management, with the purpose of maximizing sales and increase market share • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities • Participate in training programs and promotional activities • Staying informed about market trends and on new developments in the medical and healthcare sector • Develop innovative strategies to expand sales opportunities, fostering new relationships and sustaining existing ones About our future colleague:

Qualifications: • Experience in a similar role, as a medical/pharma Representative • University education (medical background or related is an advantage – human medicine, veterinary medicine, pharmacy, biology, psychology, etc.) • Medium level of English language • Driver’s licence (category B) Soft skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Effective negotiation skills • Customer centricity approach What we are offering You would join a dynamic, fast-growing, challenging and friendly environment.
