Have you recently graduated in STEM or are you a professional with 1 or 2 years’ experience, dreaming of playing a key role in driving digital transformation? Through a structured path entailing, on-the-job training and active participation in increasingly complex projects, you will work on international digital delivery and application management projects for high-profile customers in the Life Science world. YOUR ROLE IN LIFEBEE: Based on your seniority and expertise, you will be increasingly involved in and responsible for activities such as: Supporting our customers, through close interaction, in analysing and designing the most suitable solutions to their needs to help them achieve their goals; Implementing, customizing and integrating market-leading and cutting-edge software applications for Life Sciences; Actively contributing to planning and executing projects, drafting specification, tests and validation technical documentation; Enhancing collaboration with local and global software vendors; Providing customers with qualified technical and functional support and training; Supporting in technical validation activities. PROFILE AND SKILLS: STEM degree preferred (i.e., bioinformatics, computer engineering, computer science, biomedical engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics); Knowledge of IT systems, coding languages, and MS Office productivity tools; Curious and adaptable; Proactive and results driven; Analytical and problem solving approach; Fluency in Italian and English is required. NICE TO HAVE: AI/Machine Learning and Data science skills; Knowledge of IT systems in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in MES/EBR, LIMS, QMS, BPM, Workflow Management, Document Management, Business Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and familiarity with industry regulations and guidelines; WHAT WE OFFER: LifeBee is a people-oriented company, we trust and invest in them as our real key value, aiming to create a healthy and stimulating environment.
