Do now what the world is going to need tomorrow.Business consulting is the KPMG Advisory line of services helping our clients make their processes and organization more effective and efficient to improve financial and operational performance. By joining our Customer and Operations team, you will be part of the biggest revolution underway, rethinking the customer operating models from a digital perspective. You will work closely with companies at the forefront of innovation, and you will assist our clients throughout their digital transformation process.At our Milan office, you will join our rapidly expanding team of young talents, which stands out for the quality and scope of its innovative projects.

You will be involved in key disruption projects for large Italian and international clients.Specifically, you will be responsible for: •

Rethinking the operating models of major business functions (with a specific focus on the Extended Supply Chain) through process redesign, organizational structure revision and the evaluation of new technologies to support the business. •

Assessing the impacts and expected benefits of identified initiatives through business cases and monitoring pre and post-intervention transformation performance. •

Leading and coordinating complex Business and Digital Transformation programs with Program, Project & Change Management initiatives. •

Target Operating Model Design. To be the ideal candidate, you should possess: •

A master’s degree in management engineering or a related field. •

Similar experience of 2+ years, preferably gained in consulting and/or multinational environments. •

Passion and ambition to transform and impact our clients' experience. •

Excellent organizational, teamwork, and priority management skills. •

Strong organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities. •

Excellent knowledge of the English language, preferably supported by study and/or work experience abroad. •

Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package. You are a problem solver who never loses sight of your goals, capable of building strong relationships and promoting collaboration. You can inspire trust and drive change through your motivation and enthusiasm. You enjoy tackling challenges and feel comfortable in constantly changing environments where your leadership skills can make a difference.
