Ricerchiamo per un plant produttivo di Aprilia1 PLANT QUALITY ENGINEER (Responsabile Qualità)La figura riporterà direttamente al Plant Manager e si occuperà di assicurare il rispetto delle richieste del cliente nella fase di produzione, garantendo la qualità dei prodotti secondo la normativa vigente. Il ruolo Contribuisce attivamente al processo di miglioramento continuo dell'attività nel plant interfacciandosi con le diverse funzioni aziendali e con i clienti.Nello specifico le responsabilità della figura ricercata:- Assicurare il rispetto delle policies nel plant secondo IATF 16949, ISO 9001 e richieste aziendali interne;-Condurre analisi delle cause principali (RCA) per identificare e risolvere i problemi di qualità.;- Rappresentare i clienti presso lo stabilimento;- Coordinare i tecnici di qualità / ingegneri nello stabilimento;- Proporre cambiamenti necessari per assicurare standard qualitativi di livello secondo richieste dei clienti e altri stakeholders;- Gestire i reclami di qualità dei clienti, compresa la classificazione, la registrazione e la risposta ai reclami-Fermare la produzione in caso di rilevazione di non conformità alle norme che garantiscono la qualità del prodotto, o in caso di rischi per la sicurezza delle persone o dell'ambiente;- Definire il budget mensile;-Monitorare la validità dei certificati necessari (IATF, ISO, VDA, QSB, ASES, BIQS);- Pianificare preparare e condurre audit interni ed esterni per garantire la conformità agli standard di qualitàResponsabilità:Requisiti richiesti:- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Ingegneria della qualità, Ingegneria Industriale o affini;- esperienza almeno biennale nel ruolo;-conoscenza approfondita della normativa ISO 9001- Provenienza settore produttivoSi offre contratto a tempo indeterminato, la RAL verrà discussa in sede di colloquio in base all'esperienza del candidato.Sede: ApriliaEsperienze lavorative:ingegnere responsabile della qualità - Settore industriale: AUTOMOTIVE - 24 mesiTitolo di studio:Laurea Magistrale - Tecnico / Ingegneristico - Ingegneria meccanica (LM-33)Laurea Triennale - Tecnico / Ingegneristico - Ingegneria Industriale (L-09)Lingue conosciute:Inglese: Comprensione BuonoCompetenze:Sicurezza / Qualità - Norma UNI EN ISO 9000, livello BuonoProduzione - Controllo qualità, livello BuonoDisponibilità oraria: Full Time
