to join our innovative team

. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in fostering a culture of growth and development within our awesome team. What will be your responsibilities

Overseeing Human Resources operations and acting as the main point of contact for HR topics; Being a strong advisor on labor law matters and policy development to ensure compliance and a fair work environment; Developing strategies and providing guidance on employee training, professional development, and career pathing; Collaborating on professional category classification and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Monitoring adherence to internal policies and legal standards; Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify talent needs and develop effective strategies. What are the requirements to join us in this position

Multiple years of experience in HR leadership roles; Comprehensive knowledge of legal processes, labor laws, and policy development; Proven ability to design employee training, development, and compensation structures; Strong experience acting as a close advisor on HR topics at all levels of the organization; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams; Fluency in English and Portuguese; Proactivity and capacity to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a startup environment or fast-paced growth company; Fluency in French. What will you get if you join us in this position
