For further details, we kindly invite you to follow us on Linkedin to stay updated with the latest job opportunities.PositionOur client, an important multinational Group operating in the FMCG sector, is currently looking for a:HEAD OF REWARD - ITALYThe person will represent the Group in Italy in Compensation and Benefits programs by actively analyzing the external scenarios, and ensuring that policies, procedures and programs are aligned with the Group Guidelines. He/ She will report solid line to the HR Director Italy and dotted line to the Group Head of Reward, managing 2 people.He/ She will be part of the Group Reward Leadership Team.Main Tasks & Activities:Implementation, coordination, administration and monitoring of Group Compensation programs and application of Benefits programsEnsuring that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the Group guidelines and internal and external competitivenessDevelopment of local reward system policies, acting as the local focal point for all reward system related topics in the regionEnsuring the compliance with Group guidelines for Job EvaluationMonitoring local market trends and evaluation of external competitiveness of Company’s salary administration programsBudget Management and performance monitoringImplementation of Group’s expat policy, acting as local point of reference for all related topics in the Area and handling security, immigration and tax related topicsEnsuring constant update for reforms and new laws on social security, providing consultancy and expertise to local and Group stakeholdersConducting Reward System training sessions for HR and for the lineRequirementsDegree in Economics or similarAt least 10 years of overall experience in HR with a solid background in Compensation & Benefit field within Multinational companiesKnowledge of Compensation & Benefits topics, Expat topics and Grading MethodologyProject, Budget and People ManagementInterpersonal, Communication and Multi-tasking skillsHigh level professionalism and confidentialityAbility to work in an organization matrix and under pressureInternational mindset and flexibilityLeadershipProficiency in English and ItalianLocation: South PiedmontOther informationInterested people should send a detailed Curriculum Vitae, with the necessary written consent to holding their personal dataThis company is an equal opportunities employer.
