Cosa ti proponiamo: All’interno della divisione Financial Services nella Business Line dedicata al mondo Insurance siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Delivery Manager Senior Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità? La persona dovrà gestire un portafoglio progetti di vari livelli di complessità, essere in grado di coordinare, pianificare e monitorare le attività, avendo come interlocutori i referenti interni Engineering, i referenti cliente ed eventuali terze parti

Nello svolgere le attività assegnate, la persona candidata:Dovrà possedere adeguate conoscenze e competenze per supportare il team di Progetto durante le fasi di: assessment applicativo e ambiente cliente, raccolta Requisiti e CR, attività di installazione e collaudo applicativi proprietari ENG negli ambienti del cliente, organizzazione e coordinamento del lavoro di squadra.Dovrà collaborare e comunicare in maniera efficace con il cliente in qualità di Capo Progetto responsabile del delivery sul cliente e come tale essere il riferimento per i progetti coordinati sia verso l’interno che l’esterno, governare i SAL interni ed esterni.Dovrà coordinare il gruppo di lavoro attraverso le risorse assegnate all’iniziativa/e (progettista tecnico, responsabile funzionale esperto di ambito, etc).Dovrà coordinarsi e collaborare con le altre strutture principalmente interne alla divisione Finance (Sviluppo Prodotti, Manutenzione, Consulenza).Dovrà acquisire, tramite training on the job, la conoscenza del perimetro applicativo oggetto del delivery.Dovà avere capacità di gestione autonoma del cliente in ottica di Account tecnico con focus su delivery (quality, time, budget) ma nel contempo capacità di sviluppare la relazione per l’identificazione di nuove opportunità di businessQualifiche e competenze richieste: Possedere una Laurea, anche breveEsperienza nel ruolo di almeno 8/10+ anniEsperienza nell’ambito Finance BancarioCapacità e attitudini manageriali e di coordinamento, secondo il modello Engineering.Ottime capacità relazionali e di interazione con il cliente finale, i colleghi e eventuali terze parti coinvolte (in modalità formale e verbale)Esperienza di coordinamento di ampi gruppi di lavoro su progettualità complesse anche pluriannuali e caratterizzate da più iniziative progettuali verticali condotte in paralleloCapacità di analisi, problem solving e gestione delle situazioni di stressCapacità di orchestrazione della comprensione, analisi e rappresentazione dei requisiti da parte del gruppo di lavoroOrientamento al risultato, flessibilità, determinazioneCapacità di stima di tempi, effort, pianificazione attività, monitoraggio e ripianificazione.Buona conoscenza della lingua ingleseCosa cerchiamo nelle nostre persone? Ambizione, nel perseguire grandi obiettivi e nell'investire sul miglioramento continuo; Proattività, nell’anticipare e affrontare le sfide con iniziativa; Trasparenza, nel comunicare apertamente e fornire feedback costruttivi; Motivazione a migliorare e a crescere insieme agli altri, manifestando apertura al confronto per favorire la crescita collettiva e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi comuni. Invia la tua candidatura e raccontaci come puoi fare la differenza.
