Head of Sales - Milano, Italia - Kelly Services Descrizione **Dettagli** **Pubblicazione** **Retribuzione** **Località** - milano**Tipologia** - A Tempo Indeterminato**Settore** - Commerciale e Vendite**Referenze** - BBBH592318**Descrizione dell'offerta** Kelly Services Spa, per importante cliente multinazionale operante nella progettazione e vendita di macchine per la lavorazione della lamiera, seleziona un/a: **HEAD OF SALES** In particolare, si occuperà di: - Definire le strategie di vendita e gli obiettivi territoriali e regionali, monitorando andamento e risultati - Definire e valutare i KPI di vendita del team sales - Gestire le risorse assegnate e guidarle nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi condivisi - Fornire supporto nella gestione di clienti e progetti ad alto potenziale - Acquisire clienti strategici - Monitorare e controllare le opportunità di vendita in corso intervenendo in caso di necessità - Contribuire alla definizione ed implementazione dei processi aziendali e degli strumenti per il monitoraggio della performance **Requisiti**: - Laurea o Diploma tecnico; - Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza pregressa nel ruolo maturata in aziende strutturate operanti nel settore macchinari industriali; - Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese; - Ottime doti relazionali e manageriali; - Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di risorse; - Capacità di coordinare, guidare e supportare il gruppo di lavoro; - Spiccata attitudine al problem solving; - Ottime capacità gestionali e doti commerciali, flessibilità e proattività; **Si offre**: contratto a tempo indeterminato, retribuzione commisurata all'effettiva esperienza. **Sede di lavoro**: provincia sud est di Milano About Kelly ServicesKelly Services are acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this role.
