Job Description La figura ricercata in ottica di ampliamento dell'organico attuale, riportando direttamente al Head of Quality, avrà le seguenti responsabilità: Garantire la conformità dei codici/prodotti inbound a seguito della fase di accettazione; Conduzione di audit presso fornitori con presenza diretta in loco (60-70% tempo presso fornitori principalmente italiani) supportando il fornitore nella corretta implementazione delle azioni correttive e preventive e suggerendo nuove modalità operative relativamente alle verifiche da effettuare e conformità da garantire; Collaborare e supportare l'Head of Quality nella definizione del Piano di Controllo; Concordare, analizzare, ed eventualmente approvare, le campionature ricevute dai fornitori coordinandosi con l'Head of Quality e con Purchasing ed Ufficio Tecnico; Verificare che la documentazione tecnica messa a disposizione dai fornitori relativamente a test, o a corredo delle campionature, sia conforme con le richieste e con i parametri qualitativi fissati dal PPAP; Supportare le risorse presenti in qualità per garantire la corretta verifica dimensionale dei componenti misurati/verificati all'interno della Sala Metrologica. Supportare e collaborare con l'Head of Quality nello sviluppo di attività/piani di miglioramento verso fornitori al fine di migliorare le procedure e le performance (e.g. riduzione del numero e/o gravità delle Non Conformità). Richiedere, controllare, monitorare e redigere reports relativi a 8D, Non Conformità, procedure, etc. Gestione diretta di due risorse in termini di obiettivi, KPI e risultati. Competenze ed esperienza Desideriamo entrare candidati in possesso di Laurea in Ingegneria e/o Diploma Tecnico che abbiano maturato esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruolo analogo e con focus specifico sulla qualità presso fornitori.

Rappresentano requisiti fondamentali pregressa esperienza nel ruolo e nella gestione di audit presso fornitori sia in termini di prodotti che di processo; esperienza e provenienza da realtà operanti su alti volumi produttivi; elevata conoscenza e lettura del disegno tecnico, nonché delle lavorazioni meccaniche e carpenteria; buona conoscenza dei processi APQP e PPAP; gestione, monitoraggio ed implementazione delle procedure e degli standard di qualità volti a garantire le relative conformità.

Completano il profilo forti capacità di problem-solving unitamente alle relative metodologie e strumenti; forti capacità interpersonali e di leadership; ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali nel rapporto con clienti, fornitori e gruppi tecnici interni.
