Brief Call : Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you
Interviews
(the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities
Case study : Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

About Us:
Amaris is a prestigious consulting player in the banking sector, recognized for our strategic approach to business and product management, project management, and functional analysis. We are seeking a Functional Analyst with a strong background in banking processes and products to enhance our team's capabilities. Job Description:
The Functional Analyst will be integral to our operations, focusing on highly technical themes related to banking processes and products. Your role will require specific process competencies, as you will be dealing with detailed technical aspects of both processes and products within the banking sector. Key Responsibilities: Support the product manager in business and product management activities, and functional analysis within the banking sector. Write and articulate business requirements, and conduct calls with stakeholders including technical teams, legal, and compliance departments. Understand and analyze banking processes such as wallet, account, card. Translate ideas into epics and detailed requirements that are understandable to technical teams, without needing to delve into API specifics. Prepare presentations and perform ad-hoc activities, including the creation of business cases. Interface with external vendors and stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and project success. Utilize Jira in an Agile work environment to manage and track project progress. Profile Requirements: Proven experience as a Functional Analyst in the banking sector. In-depth knowledge of banking processes and products (wallet, account, card). Ability to write clear and concise business requirements and translate business ideas into actionable items. Strong presentation skills and the ability to create compelling business cases. Proficiency in
English
and
Italian
to communicate effectively with international teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and proficiency in using Jira. 2 days/week
