Cost Management determinando i nuovi modelli di Cost Allocation, le strategie di cost optimization e i processi di gestione degli investimenti e dei progetti·

Planning & Control determinando il nuovo framework di profitability, dei sistemi di Managerial Reporting e dashboarding complementari nonché nell’evoluzione degli strumenti di budgeting e forecasting·

Project Governance allineando il top management della banca, monitorando gli avanzamenti dei vari cantieri progettuali e delle relative attività di execution.#Your RoleIn quanto figura Experienced avrai la possibilità di condividere la tua esperienza e le tue conoscenze con i colleghi più giovani, iniziando a sviluppare capacità di leadership, e individuando la migliore soluzione per il cliente, occupandoti di assessment, disegno e implementazione E2E di progetti trasformativi negli ambiti del Cost Management, del Capital Budget e del monitoraggio degli investimenti e del Planning& Control.#Winning Requirements Esperienza di almeno 4-5 anni in Società di consulenza o Istituti Finanziarie in progetti in ambito Banking & Insurance, avendo maturato competenze in ambito Cost Management e Planning & Control;in particolare:·

Conoscenza dei principali processi e modelli di Cost Management quali: cost allocation, cost controlling e optimization ed esperienza in ambito;·

Conoscenza dei processi di Capital Budget e monitoraggio degli investimenti/ progetti ed esperienza in ambito;·

Conoscenza dei principali processi e modelli di Pianificazione e Controllo di Gestione quali: managerial closing, consolidamento gestionale, budgeting e forecasting;·

Tool e piattaforme di mercato: conoscenza delle features dei tool di CPM, di Ciclo Passivo, di Cost Allocation, di PPM e di Demand Management presenti sul mercato italiano e internazionale (es. SAP, CCH Tagetik, Service Now, etc.)·

Esperienza pregressa in contesti internazionali·

Ottimo livello di inglese·
