With a strong commitment to innovation and responsibility, the company actively contributes to the development of cutting-edge technologies to address global challenges and drive the transition toward more sustainable operational models.In this context we are looking for a business-oriented and experienced:HR Director EMEAMain responsibilitiesAs a key member of the EMEA Leadership team, this role focuses on supporting the business agenda with a strong HR strategy. The candidate will work with the global and regional teams to drive key HR initiatives across the Region to ensure the best people performance, engagement, development and talent acquisition, over a scope of almost 1.500 employees over facilities across the Region.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop Regional HR strategy in line with the Global HR strategy and with the business one and implement it through collaboration with local BU HR teams;Act as a trusted Business Partner to enable successful delivery of the Business Strategy, forming strong relationships with the Regional Leadership Team and Senior Managers;Provide strategic and operational advice to both business leaders and the HR teams on areas such as organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, performance optimisation, talent assessment, succession planning, employee relations, change management, leadership coaching, retention, etc.Drive a high-performance culture within the Region, whilst also providing thoughtful and effective coaching to business leaders;Responsible for all annual talent and employee lifecycle processes;Support the business in identifying talent needs, coaching and development planning;Provide guidance and advice on compensation and benefits and performance management process;Monitor key trends in the people budget, talent management, recruitment and retention areas;Promote a strong organisational culture in line with company values;Develop and sustain an Inclusion and Diversity plan.Candidate profileMaster Degree in Business Administration or equivalent;15+ years of experience as a senior HR Business Partner in an international manufacturing environment, working as part of a Regional/Global Leadership Team;Experience in managing a global environment, working across multiple European geographies and cultures;Experience of working with unions and sound knowledge of employment law across the Region;Demonstrable experience in successfully delivering change management & transformation;Strong passion for Talent Management and Development;Excellent commercial insight, sound business acumen and ability to understand commercial drivers;Resilience to work within a complex and matrixed organization;Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.LocationItaly. Willingness and availability to travel as and when needed in the EMEA region is required.
