Digital Customer eXperience è la Business Unit con focus sul supporto ai clienti che vogliono trasformare il loro modo di fare business e interagire con i clienti finali, offrendo un’esperienza multicanale e integrata La People Unit CRM&Integration ha una focalizzazione sulle tecnologie CRM, le piattaforme low-code (Appian, Pega) e soluzioni di integrazione (Tibco, LogicApps, Mulesoft). Per importante progetto, siamo alla ricerca di Salesforce Expert per le sedi di Milano, Roma o Napoli Le figure potranno ricoprire diversi ruoli: Business Analyst, fino a Team leader con responsabilità di raccolta requisiti e disegno funzionale Developer, fino a Tech Lead con responsabilità di sviluppo, customizzazione e implementazione Architect, con responsabilità di disegno tecnico Project Manager, con responsabilità di coordinamento del progetto e guida dei team Titoli di studio
I candidat* hanno maturato un'esperienza di almeno 2 anni, con le seguenti competenze: Ottima esperienza di processi CRM, maturata in contesti complessi a diretto contatto con il cliente; Ottima conoscenza dei principali moduli Salesforce con particolare focus su Sales Cloud, Service Cloud e Marketing Cloud Almeno una certificazione Salesforce Buona conoscenza dell'inglese Responsabilità lavorative
