You'll be accountable: - To ensure an optimum product coverage interacting with our production planning g teams across Europe. - To maximize order fulfillment & customer satisfaction by working together with our Customer Service & Logistics teams.
Responsibilities:
To review the stock coverage for Finished Goods and Materials and define production needs to ensure product availability at DCs. To monitor production capacity - mid and long-term horizon - to achieve optimum level of coverage for adequate service to customers. To define efficient lot size for materials (essential for product inno). Support new product development, ensuring product availability and defining optimum lot size during Phase IN period. Project collaboration: participate in execution meetings together with Marketing, Sales and Operations as well as supporting brand acceleration meetings when required. To Review daily inventory levels at DCs, managing stock balance when required and ensuring product freshness. About you
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or Economics. - At least 1 year background in Operations Planning / Supply Planning. - Required knowledge and experience in operating SAP systems. - Experience with APO would be a plus. - Good knowledge of MS Office. - Fluency in English and Italian is required.
Competencies & Skills:
- Good planning and organization skills, combined with attention to detail. - Able to gather, manipulate and interpret data, solve problems and establish priorities. - Ability to communicate cross functionally (verbally & written) issues and performance. - A good time manager, able to meet deadlines with quality output. - Strong process development and analytical business skills About us
