un/una COORDINATORE SERVICE

La figura ricercata sarà assunta dalla società STILL Spa, parte dell’organizzazione Kion Industrial Trucks Solutions EMEA- ITALY che comprende al suo interno i brand STILL, Linde Material Handling e Baoli. Questi brand sono parte di KION Group, gruppo internazionale leader nel settore del material handling e dell’intralogistica.

MISSIONE La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Service Manager, coordina e supervisiona la pianificazione e l’esecuzione della attività di

manutenzione/riparazione

dei tecnici. Assicura l’efficienza e la qualità dell’esecuzione delle attività di service, in linea con le procedure tecniche e gli obiettivi assegnati dalla Direzione Service. La risorsa si interfaccia quotidianamente con clienti, fornitori, tecnici, area vendite.

PRINCIPALI ATTIVITÀ Technicians management:

Definisce le priorità degli interventi tecnici in base alla gravità delle richieste e consolida il calendario generale di tutti i tecnici , per raggiungere la massima efficienza e produttività dei tecnici stessi. Definisce i piani delle attività dei tecnici, allinea il programma di attività giornaliero sul gestionale (associa ciascun ordine service ad un tecnico) e aggiorna e corregge i dati. Pianifica

gli interventi di manutenzione standard per assicurare la corretta funzionalità dei carrelli in linea con gli obiettivi assegnati dal Service Manager/Full Service Coordinator, attraverso la creazione in SAP di un piano di manutenzione per ciascun carrello Coordina le attività logistiche originate dal business (ritiri per riparazione c/o officina/clienti e fornitori). Customer support

Contatta i clienti (visite e telefonate) al fine di trovare la migliore soluzione alle problematiche tecniche ed essere regolarmente informato, in collaborazione con le Vendite. Raccoglie le richieste dei clienti rispetto alle manutenzioni e le gestisce. Redige e discute i preventivi per i clienti ·

Invoicing Approva le fatture che vengono emesse dal service Back Office Spare parts

Controlla l’approvvigionamento ricambi sui furgoni e verifica i costi delle operazioni per garantire la disponibilità dei ricambi; Si allinea con il coordinatore ricambi per gli acquisti esteri. Controlla anche le richieste dei tecnici per ricambi, le approva e si coordina con il coordinatore ricambi per procedere con gli ordini. Business analysis

Redige, controlla e interpreta la reportistica relativa all’area service e i relativi KPI Tasks and Qualifications:

IN CANDIDATO IDEALE POSSIEDE Esperienza pregressa

di almeno 2 anni

in ambito service ,

preferibilmente presso aziende del settore carrelli elevatori o da settori affini (piattaforme aeree, macchine movimento terra o più generalmente dal settore dei beni industriali – es settori dove vi sono molti tecnici di assistenza e relativi piani di assistenza da pianificare e organizzare da parte di un

coordinatore

) Titolo di studio: laurea preferibilmente con background tecnico meccanico o elettronico e/o gestionale Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese Esperienza preferibile con il sistema gestionale SAP Conoscenza ottima del pacchetto Office Predisposizione all’analisi di report numerici Ottime capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione Capacità organizzativa del lavoro in autonomia nel rispetto delle scadenze/tempistiche Ottime capacità relazionali e capacità di problem solving e di customer focused.
