In line with the strategic positioning of the Group, E.ON Italia focuses on the proposal of competitive energy products and services capable of responding to the new needs of consumers for a smarter and more efficient use of energy.Responsibilities:Analyzing the schedule variance, risks, and opportunities to be taken into considerationProviding mitigation plans if requiredMaintaining the accuracy of project plans according to the installation dates of each projectPreparing and presenting data to strengthen the decision-making processCoordinating with Logistics team to resolve problemsSupporting the Logistics team with inputs Planning and optimization of stock levels and values (based on expected service levels)Monitoring activities and drafting analyses related to warehouse stock and movementsSupporting inventory closure activities and the verification of stock flowsSupport in verifying the accuracy of warehouse accounting flowsConstant interface with other business functions (particularly Controlling, Accounting and Procurement) to monitor and share data related to stock levels.Controlling and monitoring of logistics flows and area projectsReporting forecast performances, with deviations’ analysis Defining KPIs and monitoring the logistics platform (suppliers/materials)Analysis of changes in material demand patternsCreation of cost optimization plansAnalyzing all aspects of logistics supply chain to determine most cost-effective and efficient means of workPreparing different scenario planning to evaluate potential optionsProviding feedback to the line organization on lessons learntQualifications:Great educational background, preferably in the fields of economics or engineering Proven working experience in a similar role in the logistics sector for at least 3 yearsSolid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent analytical skillsProactivity and problem solving attitudeAbility to work in teamResults orientationSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsStrong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, in particular Excel advanced knowledgeWillingness to frequent travels Do you have questions?For further information please contact Tiziano Braccini.
