1. Prepares detailed project schedule in coordination with the Project Manager, Contractors and staff. 2. Evaluates the project milestones in reference to the work schedules for each work areas. 3. Prepare and evaluates project progress accomplishment reports in coordination with the contractors, 4. Prepare, report to the project management team and compiled an integrated schedule and review of each schedule/ programme that is issued by the contractor and provide a review report to highlight changes made, with focus on milestones and critical (or near-critical) activities. 5. Perform schedule analysis and scenario or option examination when changes to the program are needed to mitigate a delay or project issue, or accommodate a perceived improvement or opportunity to improve the program. 6.

Evaluates/reviews

Contractor’s progress billings’ back-up quantifications. 7. Prepares the weekly project reports and monthly status reports for the management and financing institution. 8. Prepares annual Operating Expense (OPEX) and Capital Expense (CAPEX) budget proposals. 9. Monitors project cost expenditures in coordination with accounting and planning groups. 10. Updates the over-all project schedule and recommends alternative actions on activities within the critical path to the project target completion. 11. Compiles historical data on the project implementation, particularly on those periods where shifting of critical path in the project activities occur. 12. Prepares project terminal reports upon project completion. 13. Perform other project related works as maybe necessary. 14. Distribute construction schedules or work orders to contractor’s schedulers. 15. Review documents, such as construction schedules, work orders, or staffing tables, to determine personnel or materials requirements or material priorities. 16. Coordinate, acquire and request material inventories from responsible contractors and update/ report inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet construction demands. 17. Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet construction schedules. 18. Confer with related contractors supervisors, planners, schedulers, project team or other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes. 19. Report to the project management team changes in construction schedules and revise and analysis it when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, construction, or engineering. 20. Confer with establishment personnel, vendors, or customers to coordinate construction or shipping activities and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays. 21. Examine documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications. 22. Record construction data, including volume produced consumption of raw materials, or quality control measures. 23. Calculate figures, such as required amounts of labor or materials, manufacturing costs, or wages, using pricing schedules, adding machines, calculators, or computers. 24. Compile information, such as construction rates and progress, materials inventories, materials used, or customer information, so that status reports can be completed. 25. Compile and prepare documentation related to construction sequences, transportation, personnel schedules, or purchase, maintenance, or repair orders. 26. Maintain files, such as maintenance records, bills of lading, or cost reports. 27. Contact suppliers to verify shipment details. 28. Plan construction commitments or timetables for business units, specific programs, or jobs, using sales forecasts. 29. Establish and prepare product construction directions and locations and information on required tools, materials, equipment, numbers of workers needed, and cost projections. 30. Provide documentation and information to account for delays, difficulties, or changes to cost estimates.
