The local team of 100+ headcount, located in Milan, has a very low turnover due to a unique team spirit and growing mindset since the foundation. Job Description The Sales Country Manager, reporting directly to the Managing Director will be responsible of the following tasks: Responsibility of a team of 10 HC with 3 direct reports; Close support and coaching to all Sales Agents with a client facing attitude Strategic view on market coverage, budgeting and KPI setting for ll departments; Full P&L ownership; Participation to Board meetings with a proactive and growing mindset; Identification on new business opportunities and internal sharing of new business streams; Foster a cross business collaboration by introducing possible deals to other BU Maintain a Team culture spirit were overall results are more important than individual ones. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidates has preferably an Engineering Degree in Electronic, Electric or Industrial Automation, or an equivalent on the job expertise with 10+ years experience on the field.

A solid understanding of Italian Industrial Market, with direct contacts with End Users, Purchasing or Technical Directors, for both Multinational and SME, is key to success.

Genuine people oriented approach, both for internal and external stakeholders is a key requirement mixed with a performance driven mindset and strong analytic skills.

The new manager needs to be capable to gain on the field trust from the sales team and Peers, having an engaging approach, empowering the existing talents and attracting new ones.
