progettazione e realizzazione di soluzioni formative e di sviluppo a supporto della People and Talent Strategy dei propri clienti, come: Learning Project Consultant - Roma Purpose Il/La candidat*, rispondendo gerarchicamente al Learning Project Manager, avrà la responsabilità della gestione, organizzazione ed implementazione delle soluzioni formative personalizzate per rispondere in modo efficace alle esigenze delle aziende clienti, coordinandosi con la Rete commerciale di Talent Solutions. Le tue principali responsabilità:
Analizzare accuratamente le esigenze formative delle aziende clienti per garantire la massima efficacia delle soluzioni e dei progetti di formazione, in collaborazione con il team Sales; Definire e condividere i dettagli relativi ai progetti formativi aziendali alle aziende clienti, garantendo un'adeguata comprensione e allineamento delle aspettative; Pianificare e coordinare con precisione le attività dei servizi di formazione, stabilendo calendari dettagliati e coordinando efficacemente i fornitori per garantire una esecuzione fluida e tempestiva dei programmi formativi; Organizzare le sessioni formative sia in presenza che a distanza, gestendo tutti gli aspetti logistici (viaggi, affitto aule, attrezzature, strumenti, etc.) e documentali correlati (materiale didattico, registri, etc.), garantendo la disponibilità delle risorse e delle piattaforme necessarie; Analizzare in modo approfondito i dati relativi alle attività formative, elaborando report quali-quantitativi dettagliati per fornire un feedback completo e accurato alle aziende clienti, facilitando la valutazione delle performance e l'identificazione di aree di miglioramento; Gestire la formazione finanziata attraverso fondi interprofessionali, garantendo la conformità alle normative e il costante monitoraggio delle attività ai fini della rendicontazione; Monitorare attentamente i risultati e il budget di progetto, sviluppando una reportistica accurata, conducendo controlli di qualità e contribuendo all'analisi dei KPI operativi di riferimento per singoli progetti e iniziative attraverso i sistemi gestionali interni, in collaborazione con il Learning Project Manager.
