You will join our International Marketing team in the Consumer Goods Business Unit, supporting our Brand Manager for the

Tempo

brand. The position is located in Legnano. Please note that our offices are not accessible by public transport; therefore, having your own car is essential. This internship offers a placement for a duration of minimum 6 months, with the potential for extension. What you will do: Support to conduct regular market trend analysis, consumer panel research, and brand tracking to continuously assess market dynamics and brand performance. Actively engage in the creation and execution of digital communication strategies across owned and paid channels. Work in partnership with external agencies to define content strategies and ensure timely updates to the website for accuracy and relevance. Support to lead the innovation of new packaging designs and the revitalization of existing packaging to enhance brand appeal. Support ot manage the coordination with external creative agencies to maintain brand consistency and achieve marketing objectives. Track and analyze Valassis campaign performance, focusing on the redemption rates of digital samples, printed materials, and other promotional activities. Maintain and update visual assets, sales catalogs, and technical sheets in SharePoint for the sales teams, ensuring they have the latest and most accurate materials. Oversee daily operational tasks related to marketing and brand management, with an emphasis on efficiency and effectiveness. Who you are Graduate or student specializing in marketing, business administration, economics, or a related discipline. Proficiency in written and verbal English and Italian communication. A deep passion for our consumers, brands and our organization's core purpose. Strong ambition for continuous learning and proactive personal and professional development. Exceptional autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills. Outstanding project management skills to ensure successful initiative execution. Proficiency in the MS Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Good analytical skills for data-driven insights and informed decisions.
