In cosa consiste il nostro Graduate Program? 1° FASE 6 mesi di stage retribuito : una risorsa del team nel quale sarai inserito ti seguirà, con formazione on the job, nel processo di apprendimento e di gestione del credito. Nello specifico Gestirai attività di phone collection nei confronti dei debitori del Servizio Sanitario Nazionale e della Pubblica Amministrazione; Affiancherai il tutor nell’attività negoziale per la definizione degli accordi transattivi; Ti occuperai della reportistica e di predisporre documentazione per il Top Management; Al termine dello stage, la risorsa che avrà garantito la best performance verrà selezionata per la 2° fase e potrà proseguire l’esperienza con un percorso di formazione specifico per il ruolo. 2° FASE contratto a tempo determinato di 1 anno : in affiancamento ai Responsabili e con sempre crescente autonomia, sarai chiamato a gestire i rapporti con le controparti pubbliche. Sarai in costante interazione con gli enti assegnati in portafoglio anche attraverso periodiche trasferte sul territorio nazionale e ti occuperai della finalizzazione di accordi transattivi. Cosa offre BFF Bank Uno stage retribuito di 6 mesi a 1.000 euro lordi al mese; Per chi avrà accesso alla 2° fase, un contratto a tempo determinato di 1 anno con inquadramento secondo i termini del CCNL del Credito; Ticket restaurant previsti sia in presenza che da remoto; Possibilità di lavorare in smart-working.
