In this light of innovation and growth, Studio Fuksas is looking for a skilled Senior Architect for Site Supervision and Technical Design with at least 8 years of experience managing the design of large-scale public and private projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FUKSAS’s design philosophy and contribute to the firm’s ongoing research with a proactive and passionate approach to architecture. Responsibilities include: - Coordinate Projects at the SD, DD and CD Stage - Ensuring alignment with FUKSAS’s design vision as established in the Technical Design phase - Conducting on-site visits to oversee construction progress - The role requires compliance with international project standards and local building regulations. The selected candidate will work within a large, multidisciplinary team in a highly collaborative environment. Reporting directly to the Partners, they will serve as FUKSAS’s representative, engaging with clients, consultants, and contractors to evaluate and recommend design solutions that best reflect FUKSAS’s architectural intent. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architectural design. State licensure or eligibility to become a licensed architect. Proficiency in RHINO, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successfully completed projects. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Understanding of sustainable design principles is a plus.
