Chiesi Global Manufacturing Division Chiesi Farmaceutici ha 3 stabilimenti produttivi: le Officine Farmaceutiche di Parma (Italia), le Officine di Blois-La Chaussée Saint Victor (Francia) e lo stabilimento di Santana de Parnaíba (Brasile). Gli stabilimenti producono complessivamente oltre 110 milioni di unità all’anno.

L’area produttiva delle Officine Farmaceutiche di Parma è il polo strategico per la produzione e distribuzione dei prodotti, centro di fornitura internazionale con esportazione in oltre 80 paesi. Qui vengono prodotti medicinali solidi, come compresse e polveri secche per inalatori; soluzioni e sospensioni per inalazioni, sia pressurizzate, sia confezionate in fiale monodose sterili; flaconcini di sospensione sterile per somministrazione endotracheale; forme liquide come gocce, sciroppi e spray nasali.

Santana produce soluzioni e sospensioni pressurizzate per la terapia inalatoria (MDI) e fornisce sia il mercato nazionale che le affiliate del Gruppo ed esporta a licenziatari e distributori. Blois è specializzata in inalatori a polvere secca e nelle fasi finali di assemblaggio degli inalatori Metered-Dose (MDI), fornisce le affiliate del Gruppo e distribuisce direttamente ai clienti a livello locale e nei mercati di esportazione.

Chi stiamo cercando Responsabilità principali

Garantire le attività di manutenzione sui sistemi di automazione del sito produttivo di Parma;

Fornire assistenza specialistica all’Ingegneria di Sito e collaborare per i progetti di sviluppo e di investimento nell’area industriale;

Eseguire studi di fattibilità e di miglioramento con relative analisi tecnico/economiche, interfacciandosi, se necessario, con consulenti esterni;

Redigere e aggiornare le SOP per la propria area di competenza e fornire i contributi necessari per le attività di change control dei CRS;

Seguire gli appalti di fornitura e servizi;

Gestire la pianificazione ed esecuzione dei lavori a lui assegnati, l’analisi e acquisizione di nuovi sistemi, la stesura e verifica della documentazione tecnica, la manutenzione relativamente ai sistemi computerizzati di automazione, in linea con le normative e linee guida di settore;

Collaborare con il responsabile per le attività correlate con le GMP, in particolare di quelle di definizione di URS, di collaudo e di validazione dei sistemi computerizzati;

Interfacciarsi con le altre funzioni dell’ingegneria responsabili della qualifica di macchine e impianti;

Supportare, per gli aspetti di competenza, la funzione di Qualità del sito di Parma nella convalida dei change;

Collaborare con il QA nei programmi di studio/sviluppo/convalida dei CRS relativi all'area dello stabilimento di Parma;

Fungere da riferimento per la progettazione, l’installazione e il miglioramento dei sistemi computerizzati di automazione;

Partecipare, per gli aspetti di competenza, alla definizione e implementazione di progetti di ottimizzazione delle attività di produzione.

Esperienza richiesta:

Almeno cinque anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente all'interno del settore farmaceutico.

Titolo di studio:

Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica o Informatica

Lingue:

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (sia scritta che orale)

Competenze Tecniche:

PLC, SCADA, BMS, DCS; Sistemi operativi; Office Automation; Sistemi di visione per tracciabilità; Database relazionali e historian continuous; Linguaggi di programmazione.

Soft Skills:
