La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno del
Solutions Development Center di Bureau Veritas ed in particolare all’interno dell’Area dedicata al Safety & Construction e si occuperà delle seguenti attività:Ricerca e sviluppo inerente i servizi in ambito ambiente, salute e sicurezza sul lavoro, tramite analisi normative e sviluppi di mercato;Osservare ed anticipare il mercato per i prodotti di competenza attraverso follow up sistematici con i clienti, la rete commerciale aziendale
e azioni di intelligence sulla concorrenza;Supporto nella definizione di partnership strategiche;Supporto alle Business Units nella fase di "engineering & design" di nuovi servizi fino alla delivery del progetto pilota;Supporto alle Business Units nel re- engineering dei servizi esistenti e nel creare best practice e standard di delivery;Supporto allo sviluppo del piano di formazione delle risorse tecniche.Cosa ricerchiamo per avere successo in questa posizione?Titolo di studi: Laurea in materie scientifiche;Qualifica di RSPP e/o esperienza nella gestione di commesse complesse inerenti la salute e sicurezza sul lavoro;Esperienza nell’esecuzione di valutazione rischi;Esperienza in servizi ambientali;Esperienza quale formatore ambiente o inerente la salute e sicurezza sul lavoro;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.ll candidato ideale è una persona dinamica, proattiva, dotata di buone doti comunicative e abituata a lavorare per obiettivi.Sede di lavoro: Milano o Roma con possibilità di trasferte sul territorio.Cosa trovi in Bureau Veritas?La stabilità e il prestigio di lavorare in una realtà multinazionale dove poter coniugare prestazioni e integrità in un clima di fiducia, con colleghi che operano in modo responsabile, che danno prova di ambizione con umiltà e che credono nella forza della diversità e dell’inclusione.Una realtà attenta alle tematiche di Diversity, Equity & Inclusion che ha ottenuto
