Develop,
medium, long term sourcing strategy in collaboration with CMO, R&D and Operation Team
to ensure best TCO and security of supply for Franke •
Align strategy and tactics
with other key stakeholders •
Communicate strategy to the organization to support implementation •
Contract managements •
RFQ Management •
Establish cooperation between specifier (Marketing , Innovation & Operation), and purchasing involving Quality and SCMSupplier relationship and portfolio management •
Lead negotiations on a group level •
Target lowest global costs and highest value for Franke globally •
Manage relationship with strategic suppliers •
Actively manage the portfolio in order to benefit from a group approach toward appliances suppliers. •
Guarantee supply availabilityProject management •
Continuously analyse the supply market to identify new opportunities •
Align with all relevant business functions in achieving strategic company targets •
Secure sharing of information and support for the local organisations and business units •
Develop and participate in cross functional teams •
Implements the use of framework agreements on projects as directedContinuous improvement of value and quality •
Implement, support and ensure the use of relevant strategic sourcing processes of sourcing across the group •
Identify and implement cost savings opportunities •
Communicate, co-operate and involve relevant stakeholders in order to drive the overall strategy •
Support and actively promote the Procurement function •
Engage and secure an open and direct dialogue with stakeholders •
Improve supplier service level,
payment and logistic terms.Leadership •
Link with local and central Marketing and quality
teams. •
Connect with supply chain to insure proper coordination around projects. •
Implement procurement strategy and policiesRequirements•
5/10 years within Purchasing •
Worked in a Matrix environment •
Experience with managing internal and external customers •
Ability to travel international •
Post Graduate education •
Commercial or technical education •
Fluent in English •
ERP background – SAP preferred but not mandatory •
