Develop and implement medium and long term sourcing strategies in collaboration with CMO
to ensure best TCO and security of supply for Franke •
Align strategy and tactics
with other key stakeholders •
Communicate strategy to the organization to support implementation •
Contract managements •
Lead the relationship with suppliers in coordination with other functions: Product management, Quality, planningSupplier relationship and portfolio management •
Lead negotiations on a group level •
Target lowest global costs and highest value for Franke globally •
Manage relationship with strategic suppliers •
Actively manage the portfolio in order to benefit from a group approach toward taps suppliers. •
Guarantee supply availabilityProject management •
Continuously analyse the supply market to identify new opportunities •
Align with all relevant business functions in achieving strategic company targets •
Secure sharing of information and support for the local organisations and business units •
Develop and participate in cross functional teams •
Implements the use of framework agreements on projects as directedContinuous improvement of value and quality •
Implement, support and ensure the use of relevant strategic sourcing processes of sourcing across the group •
Identify and implement cost savings opportunities •
Communicate, co-operate and involve relevant stakeholders in order to drive the overall strategy. •
Engage and secure an open and direct dialogue with stakeholders •
Drive continuous improvement from suppliers on service level, quality, TCO and innovationLeadership •
Link with local and central teams to insure best results for all parties •
Lead with a strong support of product management team the supplier relationship •
Connect with division buyers to insure proper coordination around projects.Requirements•
5/10 years within Purchasing ideally with a knowledge of the tap industry •
Worked in a Matrix environment •
Experience with managing internal and external customers. •
Ability to travel internationally •
Post Graduate education •
Commercial or technical education •
Fluent in English. •
ERP background – SAP preferred but not mandatory•
Travelling 30-50% within ItalyWhat we offer you •
