Cerchiamo un/una Retail Supervisor per supportare e coordinare le attività nei punti vendita assegnati, garantendo un’eccellente esecuzione retail e il raggiungimento dei KPI commerciali.
La figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con il Sales Manager, il team Retail e il team Marketing, contribuendo a migliorare performance, visibilità e customer experience all’interno dei negozi.
Il candidato ideale proviene dal settore elettronica di consumo (smartphone/telecomunicazioni), possiede ottime capacità di gestione team e un livello d’inglese minimo B2.

Supervisionare i punti vendita assegnati e gestire le attività operative quotidiane.
Coordinare e supportare il team promoter e lo staff dei negozi, assicurando elevati livelli di performance.
Monitorare KPI di sell-out, livelli di stock, standard espositivi e visibilità del brand.
Erogare training prodotto e supportare la customer experience.
Eseguire piani commerciali e strategie marketing locali.
Preparare report settimanali e mantenere costante allineamento con il Sales Manager.
Individuare opportunità commerciali e aree di miglioramento nell’esecuzione in store.

Background in aziende consumer electronics (smartphone, telco, IT o retail tech).
Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte (almeno 3 giorni a settimana).
Conoscenza dei processi retail, stock management e KPI di vendita.
Patente B e disponibilità a viaggiare regolarmente.
Inglese livello minimo B2.

Contratto e livello da definire in base all’esperienza (CCNL Commercio).
Cellulare e computer aziendale.
Orario flessibile e supporto allo sviluppo professionale.
