TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER
La figura sarà inserita nel team tecnico e avrà un ruolo chiave nel supporto ai clienti e nello sviluppo del Service Business, contribuendo alla qualità e all’efficienza dei servizi post-vendita.
Fornire supporto tecnico da remoto ai clienti tramite sistemi di teleassistenza.
Effettuare interventi presso i clienti in Italia e all’estero per attività di diagnostica, manutenzione, avviamento e consulenza tecnica.
Collaborare allo sviluppo del Service Business, proponendo soluzioni migliorative e contribuendo all’ottimizzazione dei servizi offerti.
Analizzare criticità tecniche, individuare soluzioni e garantire un elevato livello di customer satisfaction.
Redigere report tecnici e documentazione relativa agli interventi effettuati.
Esperienza su sistemi di automazione industriale, programmazione PLC, HMI e microcontrollori.
Ottima conoscenza di schemi elettrici ed elettronici.
Disponibilità a trasferte brevi in Italia e all’estero (circa 2 mesi/anno complessivamente).
Buona padronanza della lingua inglese , scritta e parlata.
Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria Elettronica, Automazione o discipline affini
Conoscenza di architetture PLC/HMI Siemens, Omron, Allen Bradley .
Familiarità con database relazionali e linguaggio SQL .
Familiarità con programmazione object oriented
Conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera (preferibilmente Spagnolo o Francese).
Percorsi strutturati di formazione continua e sviluppo delle competenze.
