Cerchiamo un/una Media Buyer con esperienza multichannel e forte mentalità data-driven, capace di gestire budget significativi e strutturare sistemi di acquisizione scalabili. Cosa farai Pianificare e gestire la strategia media su Google, Meta e TikTok. Lavorare insieme a marketing & sales per definire funnel, target e messaggi. Garantire tracking preciso tramite GA4, Tag Manager, Pixel e Conversion API. Analizzare i dati (CPA, ROAS, qualità lead) e prendere decisioni operative. Collaborare con il team creativo per asset e test continui. Ottima conoscenza di tracking, API, eventi e sistemi di attribuzione. Capacità analitica e gestione autonoma del budget. Plus: esperienza in CRO, funnel, automazioni, micro-editing (Canva/CapCut).
