Procurement Intern
We are looking for a Procurement Intern to join our Procurement team at Galileo Global Education Italia in Milan. The intern will support supplier management and purchasing processes for goods and services related to the Group’s Italian Schools: The Intern, under the guidance of the Procurement Manager, will gain experience in procurement and administrative process management within a dynamic and international environment in the Education field.
Create and update supplier records in the Company’s management system.
Support the processing, monitoring, and closure of purchase orders.
Verify the accuracy of supplier data and administrative documentation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather purchasing requirements and manage approval workflows.
Contribute to process optimization and the digitalization of procurement procedures.
Collaborate with the Procurement team, learning from the experience of the team and contributing to a positive working environment
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to details and accuracy in data management.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Reports to: Procurement Manager
