Elchai Group is expanding its B2B sales activity across Europe, starting from Italy.
We are hiring a Sales Developer to build pipeline through structured outbound and disciplined qualification.

Run outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn
Engage with decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise level
Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the CEO
Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
Improve messaging based on real market feedback

2–5 years of B2B outbound sales experience
~ Background in consulting, IT, SaaS, or automation sales
~ Comfortable selling projects in the €20k–€100k range
~ Fluent English, Italian required, other European languages are a plus
